Military Discount Program begins in February

The Brown County Chamber of Commerce with the support of the Brown County Community Foundation is proud to announce the launch of their new Military Discount Program. The program will allow the Chamber to show their appreciation and honor all military personnel and their families. The discounts will be available to all active duty members, reserves and retirees including their spouses of the US Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, National Guards and Coast Guard.

The Brown County Chamber of Commerce is inviting all businesses in Brown County to participate in this program at no cost. To participate, you must provide a minimum discount of 10%, discounts must be valid for at least one year and returned the signed, fully completed form(download form). The inaugural “Discover Your Brown County” business showcase | April 15th, 2012 | Mikes Dance Barn |

featuring booths from all types of businesses: trades and services, outdoor recreation, health and wellness, organizations, entertainment, lodging, dining, retail and more.  This will be a first time event, giving residents and surrounding counties the opportunity to meet with business owners and learn about the amazing opportunities and resources here in Brown County.  The annual membership drive will be held in conjunction with the “Discover Your Brown County” campaign. The Brown County Chamber is a not-for profit organization established for the purpose of being a valuable resource to all business sectors by providing communication, education and collaborative services between businesses, visitors, residents and government.  The Chamber Board consists of representatives from all types of Brown County businesses and organizations.  If you are interested in becoming involved in the Chamber and would like to learn more about the current board opportunities, please contact us for details. Next Chamber Board Meeting - Tuesday, March 6th | 8:00 am | Willow Manor Apartments

Everyone is invited to attend the monthly meetings held the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 8:00 am at the Willow Manor Apartments 3rd floor conference room.  The Willow Manor Apartments are located across from the YMCA in Salt Creek Plaza.
